Cancellation Policy

We understand that plans can change. Our cancellation policy is designed to be fair and transparent for both guests and hosts.

Cancellations by Guests

Full Refund: If you cancel 30 days or more before your scheduled check-in date, you’ll receive a full refund of the amount paid (minus any non-refundable booking fees).

Partial Refund: If you cancel 14 to 29 days before your stay, you will receive a 50% refund.

No Refund: Cancellations made less than 14 days before check-in are non-refundable.

Please note: All cancellations must be made in writing via email. The effective date of cancellation is the date we receive your written notice.

Cancellations by Us

In the unlikely event that we must cancel your booking due to unforeseen circumstances (e.g., property damage, safety concerns), we will offer: A full refund of all monies paid, or An alternative date, subject to availability

We recommend that guests take out comprehensive travel insurance to cover any unexpected changes to your plans.
